UFO Comes to The Earth?

Wow! I’ve heard this on many media such TV and else. It was in Sleman, Jogja, Indonesia. Kinda surprised with this news. But I think It’s cool, it happened in Indonesia haha.
Everyone still wondering about that.
Is ‘Alien' comes to the earth?
By the way, this is called ‘Crop Circle’. Some people still consider that this is made by human. But how it could be? It made by giving radiation to the plants so that it fall out but it wouldn’t break. But the plants that affected by radiation may not be eaten.

So, what will be happened next? Just wait the news.

Similarity between Study and No Study

I recently found this image. I think it’s fairly true. LOL

Hey, Insomniacs! These are some explanation about Insomnia.

Hi Bloggers, I’m still awake. Now is 2:05 AM. As usual, I can’t get to sleep. I’ve been an insomniac since the holiday started. Oh Lord, It get me suffer. Hemm, I think I’m gonna post about “Insomnia”. Let’s get started.

in•som•ni•a |inˈsämnēə|
habitual sleeplessness; inability to sleep.

As I read on some articles, Insomnia is not a disease. Insomnia is a sympton. In my opinion, Insomnia occurred because we make it as a habitual. Insomnia affects all age groups. Among adults, insomnia affects women more often than men. The incidence tends to increase with age. Stress most commonly triggers short-term or acute insomnia. If you do not address your insomnia, however, it may develop into chronic insomnia.

Insomnia is caused by many factors such as situational factors, medical or psychiatric conditions, or primary sleep problems. Jet lag, Excessive or unpleasant noise, Uncomfortable room temperature (too hot or too cold), Stressful situations in life (exam preparation, loss of a loved one, unemployment, divorce, or separation), Uncontrolled physical symptoms (pain, fever, breathing problems, nasal congestion, cough, diarrhea, etc.) can also cause someone to have insomnia.

Insomnia can be treated by some treatments or therapies. The main focus of treatment for insomnia should be directed towards finding the cause. Once a cause is identified, it is important to manage and control the underlying problem, as this alone may eliminate the insomnia all together. Treating the symptoms of insomnia without addressing the main cause is rarely successful. In the majority of cases, chronic insomnia can be cured if its medical or psychiatric causes are evaluated and treated properly.

Thus, this are the descriptions of what is insomnia, what are the causes, and what can we do to reduce Insomnia generally.

Hope this post useful for you, dear Insomniacs! and you can treated it soon.
